I think we all are united and solidary in resolving the issue of the crisis of the events that took place in Rio de Janeiro Fire Department. My opinion: Command is missing, because the real authority, in fact, have to have a vocation for dealing with public affairs, sensitivity, and especially lots and lots of wisdom. And the path is simple: The Dialogue! "Mr. Governor" has sensitivity and public spirit, please. Who endorses the crowd is another. Let FUCIM, Fire Service of the State of Rio de Janeiro ask Socorro (SOS).
Bibiano Alex Rocha - Miner born in Manhattan (the city already was "an independent country" of Brazil in 1896), is a student of Joe Fucim Theory, writer and lecturer. It was a revolutionary of the Civic Movement of Military Police Miners in 1997 (one of the pioneers of the era - State Journal of Mines, 12/06/97). He worked as a congressional aide in Congress and Mining Federal Chamber in favor of "Children of Mine." Actor volunteer in the movie "Real Dreams" and mastermind of the "A Tale of drumstick reis."
