A true Fucim Ze (Ze Fucim Theory)
Bibiano Alex Rocha - Miner born in Manhattan (the city already was "an independent country" of Brazil in 1896), is a student of Joe Fucim Theory, writer and lecturer. It was a revolutionary of the Civic Movement of Military Police Miners in 1997 (one of the pioneers of the era - State Journal of Mines, 12/06/97). Scortecci books published by the AM Behind the Scenes - The effect of an ideal, in 2006, and Joe Fucim Book in 2009. Apart from training in law, a Member of the Brazilian Union of Writers (UBE), has the Training Course on Management and Coordination of Public Policies Cultural. It has his name registered in a time capsule placed in the garden of the Palace of Culture in Manhattan, having discovered, on occasion, the oldest panorama of Manhattan in a city in Southern Minas. He worked as a congressional aide in Congress and Mining Federal Chamber in favor of "Children of Mine." Actor volunteer in the movie "Real Dreams" and mastermind of the "A Tale of drumstick reis."
